Getting started

Run your first event

Photobooth OS is built to be configured once and launched in one tap. Here's the full flow, end to end.

Create an event
  1. 1. Create an event

    Go to Events → New and fill in the basics: name, date, client, venue. Pick a photo layout (or design your own) and a print size.

  2. 2. Configure the booth

    Add a backdrop image (upload, AI-generate, or pick a preset), set your brand colors, logo, and event-name typography.

  3. 3. Curate the Pose Library

    Pick which pose suggestions your guests see during the countdown. Optionally let guests vote on their favorites.

  4. 4. Launch at the venue

    Open the event and tap Launch booth. The booth runs fullscreen — photos auto-sync to the cloud as they're taken.

  5. 5. Guests join with a code

    Every event has a 6-character code. Guests visit /join, enter the code, and instantly see the gallery on their phone.

  6. 6. Run a live slideshow

    Open the slideshow view on a second screen at the venue — new photos appear in real time.

  7. 7. Review the gallery

    Every photo from every event ends up in your Gallery. Download originals or re-share the guest link any time.

What's an event code?

Every event has a unique 6-character code (e.g. K7P3QM). Guests enter it at /join to access that event's gallery — no account needed.
